La Nature Festival 2025 – Carbon Footprint Contest
General Terms and Conditions

1. Organization and General Conditions

This contest is organized by La Nature Festival. It is strictly reserved for residents of Belgium aged 18 or over.
Employees of La Nature Festival and Neo&Nea, as well as their close relatives, are not eligible to participate.
By participating, you agree to the terms of these rules.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

• Complete the questionnaire

• Provide a valid email address

• Answer the tiebreaker question: “How many musical artists will perform this year?” (answer in number)

• Only one entry per person is allowed.
  Any incomplete or non-compliant entry will be disqualified.

3. Contest Duration

The contest runs from 03/06/2025 at 00:01 until 13/06/2025 at 23:59.

4. Winner Selection

There will be two winners at the end of the contest:

1. The first winner will be the person who provides the correct or closest answer to the tiebreaker question.

2. The second winner will be the person with the second closest answer to the tiebreaker question.
   In the event of a tie, a random draw will be conducted.
   La Nature Festival will contact the winners by email no later than June 15.

5. Prizes

Each winner will receive one 4-day pass to La Nature Festival 2025.
Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Use of Personal Data

Collected email addresses will be used solely for contest-related communications, unless the participant gives their consent (opt-in) to receive information from La Nature Festival or Neo&Nea.
Data will be retained for 6 months after the contest ends and can be deleted upon request via email to: info@neoenea.be or love@lanature.be

7. Liability Clause

La Nature Festival and Neo&Nea are not responsible for any changes or cancellations of the contest or prize due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond their control.
They also disclaim any liability for technical errors or omissions that may affect participation.
