1. Image rights

By taking part in the festival, the festival-goer gives the organisers his or her right to the image on the festival site and/or the festival campsite. The festival-goer therefore abandons all claims against the organisers for taking pictures on the festival site and at the festival campsite as well as for distribution on the festival’s print and web communication media. However, the festival-goer may report to the organiser via love@lanature.be, a photo that would be prejudicial to him/her, present on the communication supports.

In the absence of prior written authorisation from the organiser, all photos or videos taken by visitors to the festival, on the festival site, may under no circumstances be used for commercial or public purposes.

2. Practical measures

PROHIBITED ITEMS ON THE FESTIVAL SITE :

– Alcohol,
– Plastic bottle (water bottle, milk bottle, etc.),
– Bottle/container or any other glass object,
– Metal can (tin can type),
– Beverage carton (tetra pak type),
– Metal can,
– Barrel,
– Water pouch (camelbak type),
– Cooler/fridge box,
– Illegal substances, drugs,
– Weapon or sharp, blunt or dangerous object (even fake),
– Umbrella with a pointed end,
– Fireworks, Bengal fireworks, flares,
– Barbecue,
– All camping equipment, whatever it is (tent, furniture, even folding, stove…),
– Bulky bag,
– Device for recording and broadcasting images or sound (other than smartphone),
– Selfie-stick,
– Laser pointer,
– Marker,
– Spray paint can,
– Distribution of leaflets, flyers, tracts, promotional posters (unless authorised),
– Animals (except guide dogs for the blind or companion dogs),
– Use of UAVs,

And anything that could be considered dangerous for the organiser. The above list of prohibited items can be adapted or completed at any time by the organiser. Any sale not authorised by the organiser is strictly forbidden. Any seizure will be automatically destroyed on the spot.

– Beer keg / pump,
– Illegal substances, drugs,
– Weapon, sharp, blunt or dangerous object (even fake),
– Umbrella with a pointed end,
– Fireworks, Bengal fireworks, flares,
– Barbecue, burners, cooker, small cooker (camping gas type), gas bottle (domestic or other),
– Generator set,
– Device for recording and broadcasting images or sound (other than smartphone),
– Selfie-stick,
– Laser pointer,
– Marker, spray paint can,
– Distribution of leaflets, flyers, tracts, promotional posters (unless authorised),
– Animals (except guide dogs for the blind or companion dogs),
– Use of UAVs,

And anything that could be considered dangerous for the organiser.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum age to enter the festival site is 18 on the first day of the festival.

DRUG POLICY = ZERO TOLERANCE.

The Nature Festival has zero tolerance for drugs! It is forbidden to use drugs on the festival grounds. Any infringement of the law may result in expulsion from the festival grounds. Drug dealing is forbidden on the festival grounds and will result in expulsion from the festival and police intervention.

RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Visitors are asked to cooperate in maintaining the cleanliness of the site, in particular by using the waste sorting and collection systems on the concert site, campsites and car parks.

3. Security

For security reasons the organisers reserve the right to carry out a search at the entrance to the festival site and/or the festival campsite. Any festival-goer not complying with this formality will be refused access to the festival site and its campsite.

The festival-goer will follow the instructions of the security guards at all times. In the event that a festival-goer notices suspicious behaviour by another festival-goer or a third party, he/she is invited to inform the security guards. The organisers reserve the right to refuse access to the festival site and its campsite to any festival-goer whose behaviour could be detrimental to his or her safety or that of third parties.

4. Sales on the festival site and/of the campsite

In the absence of prior written authorisation from the organiser, any sale of food, drinks, souvenirs, T-shirts or other items is strictly forbidden.

5. Responsibilities

By purchasing a festival ticket, you, as a visitor, expressly confirm that you accept the General Terms and Conditions of the Event. Any breach of these rules will be sanctioned. The Nature Festival reserves the right to refuse access to the grounds to any person if there are sufficient reasons to do so. You are the only person responsible in the event of a breach of these rules. You are also obliged to guarantee La Nature Festival against all possible consequences of your failure, including claims by third parties. Furthermore, we retain the right to take the necessary legal measures ourselves.

Under no circumstances can the artists and organisers, their agents and employees be held liable for loss, damage or theft, nor for any other event. The official sale of festival merchandise takes place only on the festival grounds or on the festival website.

6. Jurisdiction and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Liège in which the ASBL FLEUR SAUVAGE has its registered office are competent. Belgian law is the only applicable law.
